Trick Photography and Special Effects by Evan Sharboneau is a very popular instructional eBook that explains how to do most of the trick photos that often capture attention and amazement from viewers. With 190 pages of information, it is very detailed and includes extensive explanations of many complicated techniques that are very fun to learn. I found this eBook to be very useful and refreshingly original.

Trick Photography and Special Effects
The "Trick Photography and Special Effects" book might well be one of the most intriguing and captivating books on photography you will ever find. When you first take a look at the things the book would aim to teach you, however, you might be taken aback slightly, especially because the methods described are not necessarily too conventional.

Some of the ideas that are presented might actually be considered controversial, as many would consider photography to be a type of art that requires the highest precision equipment, as well as qualities such as patience and dedication.

According to the author of the book, however, this is not always the case, as even some of the most pretentious special effects can be learned quickly and achieved without the use of expensive equipment. This was the aspect that attracted me the most, as I had rarely seen a book that would paint such a colorful picture when presenting these types of techniques.

Conclusion

Indeed it may be true that some of the well-versed photographers who are slightly more attracted by the conventional aspects of the practice might consider that the modern, controversial approach of the "Trick Photography and Special Effects" book is not in line with the spirit of the art.

Nevertheless, the progress of the ages continues to unfold in all areas and practices, and in my opinion, it would be a pity to dismiss the positive aspects of all the remarkable, creative techniques presented in this book. I believe that photography equally depends on technology and art, and the tips presented by this book emphasize the importance of both of them.
